This is the same as the M1895 Undress Blouse below,
except that it also has blind button holes and frogs on the chest, rank trim on the sleeves
and decorations on the back seam; made from 1/2" black mohair braid (like the M1872
Officers Fatigue Blouse). It is made from Deluxe Dark Blue Wool and has a 1-1/4" black
mohair edge and collar braid. It has black polished cotton body lining and natural
colored sleeve linings. Shoulder boards, ribbons and collar insignia are NOT included.
There is also a version of this coat made from WHITE (canvas)
Duck, instead of navy blue wool, with White
Mohair Braid, instead of the black braid.

Model 1895 Officers Undress Blouse
The M1895 Undress (fatigue) Blouse
for Fall / Winter / Spring is made from
Deluxe Dark Blue Wool and has a 1-1/4" black mohair edge and collar braid. There is
no longer the 1/2" black mohair braid on the chest, sleeves and back of
the M1892 blouse. It has black

(1872-on) Officer's Uniform Shoulder Boards
1872 and later US Army Officer
Shoulder Boards - In 1872, the Army Board changed the bars on Insignia
for First Lieutenants and Captains to Silver from the Gold that was used
previously.
In 1885 and in 1887, color changes were
made designating the Infantry and the Cavalry from the 1872 colors- See
larger view.
Normally only worn on the fatigue uniforms (Sack Coat and Undress Coat). But sometimes used on the Dress
Frock Coat for Undress Occasions. Shoulder boards for uniforms are sold in pairs.
Branch of service colors are: Artillery - Red, Cavalry -
1872-1886 Lemon Yellow / 1887-1898 Dark Yellow, Chaplain - Black w/Cross or
Shepherd's Crook, Engineer - Black w/E.C., Infantry - 1872-1884 Sky Blue /

items take 9 to 11 weeks for delivery; UNLESS the item has a delivery time listed, then that is the delivery time.
Most other clothing (WHITE Cotton Shirts, Cravats, Suspenders, Felt Hats, etc.) take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.
